Message	Hi, If you are refering to the piece that is part of the camshaft, this piece is a half moon and it goes inside the cas when the cas is inserted, you need a new camshaft, when you removed the cas, you broke that peice and now you did it, you need a camshaft and when you remove the camshaft at the same time you will remove your timingbelt cover and check for that piece, don't bother welding it, it won't last.
